Tash is a Non-Diet Nutritionist and Zumba Instructor that works with women (online 1:1 nutrition coaching) to ditch diets, accept their body, and find enjoyable movement. She helps women build healthy habits that work for their bodies forever, without focusing on dieting or weight loss.
