Hey sis! When you hear the words: exercise, workout, or fitness - what goes through your mind? If your first thoughts are negative, your relationship with fitness might need some attention!
What if I told you there's a way to incorporate fitness into your life in a way that fulfills you, without leaving you feeling burnt out?
In this class, Tash will give a full breakdown on everything movement! By the end of class, you’ll:
1. Be able to identify the sneaky ways diet culture is in the fitness/wellness space.
2. Shift your mindset around fitness, and understand what a healthy relationship with fitness looks like.
3. Be equipped with new strategies and fresh ideas to improve your own relationship with fitness.
Tash is a Non-Diet Nutritionist and Zumba Instructor that works with women, virtually, to ditch diets, accept their body, and find movement that brings them joy.
