I have over 20 years of experience in education and have worked as an educational leader for the last 7 years prior to retiring and transitioning to full time entrepreneurship. I am a lifelong learner and educator that is passionate about building leadership capacity in women. I truly believe effectively leading yourself is the most important leadership skill to have and has a direct correlation to your effectiveness as a leader.
