ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Welcome! I am an author, public speaker, proud dog mom, and outdoor enthusiast. As a mindfulness coach, I specialize in helping others develop a healing connection with themselves. I have been practicing and implementing mindful meditation for over 10 years and have been coaching businesses, individuals, and couples for 4 years. My goal is to hold space for clients in a way that offers them access to their most authentic selves. I look forward to partnering with you in creating a life you seriously dig.
ABOUT THE CLASS:
Stuck in a negative thought-loop? Is self-doubt preventing you from taking action? If so, this is your sign for learning tools for self-compassion.
In this class, we will examine our inner-critic and internalization of conscious and subconscious messaging. I will lead the class through practical tools of self-compassion and empowerment. When you leave our session, you will feel ready to face internal challenges as well as a more balanced and connected sense of self.
By the end of this class, learners will be able to:
+ identify our inner critic and reframe our critical thought patterns
+ develop practical, self-compassionate tools to immediately implement into their daily routines
+ discern perfectionism vs constructive communication
