Where are the classes?

All of our classes are Pop-up events, therefore each class will most likely be at a different location. One of the biggest parts of our mission is to make sure women are connecting not only to each other, but also to their city. We believe discovering new places around town and experiencing what they have to offer in a low key class setting is what makes our classes awesome.  We try our best to match the class, teacher and host partners to give you a perfect experience each time!

Where can I find the location of my class?

The easiest way to find out the location of your class is to check the class description here on our website. You will also receive a reminder email about a week before class with detailed info and a map with directions just in case.

What size are classes?

Our classes range in size from 12-25 people. If you are signed up for a “masterclass” you can expect a smaller group with a lot more one on one attention, but we try to make sure all of our classes have plenty of hands-on learning and lots of room for questions.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

Nope! We love trees and try to be as sustainable as possible.  We will have one of our awesome class coordinators with a roster at your class ready to check you in when you arrive and you can use your phone to show us your ticket.

What do I need to bring to my class?

To find the most up to date information about your upcoming class, head to our website and read through our class description and requirements. Once you register, you’ll get an email detailing everything you need to know - class type, location, information on your class coordinator, and more. We provide everything you need for the majority of our classes, so if no materials are in the email you can just bring yourself! 

Every time I try to get into a class, it’s already full! Can you help me?

Don’t give up! We are constantly opening new class dates, and we offer every class multiple times throughout the year. Email subscribers learn about our new classes before anyone else, so the best advice we have is to sign up for our newsletter HERE. You’ll get a list of new classes in your inbox every Tuesday morning, and you’ll also get the inside scoop for news or updates about all things Level Up.

Will I get a reminder email?

Yes! You should get an email confirmation as soon as you register for class, and then a reminder email with all the details about a week before the class, lastly we'll shoot you a quick text message 48 hours before class so you don't forget. 

Can you put me on a waiting list in the event that a spot in a full class opens up?

Yes! we recently added a handy-dandy notification feature, but keep in mind that it is not a guarantee! We will do our best to send out emails prior to posting the new class, we also blast out last-minute class openings out to social media followers - especially on instagram story and on our facebook events! Be sure to follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.


Cancellations / Refunds

I signed up for a class, but something came up and I cannot attend. What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy requires 48 hours notice in order to issue a full refund and release your class spot. It’s just like any live event - if we don’t get enough notice, it’s unfortunately not possible for us to find someone to take your place. As long as you email us 48 hours in advance though, we are more than happy to process your refund and open your spot in the class back up. 

I signed up for a class, but something came up less than 48 hours ahead of time. Now what?

We’re not able to offer refunds or class credits with less than 48 hours notice, but we’re happy to accept a friend in your place! Plus, you’ll get major points with whoever you send to class. Just shoot us a quick email help@levelupwithus.com and let us know the name of the person taking your place so we can swap it out on our roster.

I cannot attend the class I signed up for, but I really want to come to a class! Do you offer transfers to other classes or credit toward signing up for one in the future?

Because our class schedule changes each month, we do not offer credits or class transfers at this time.

Teaching / Hosting 

I'm an expert in my field and I would love to teach a class, how do I go about it?

We are always accepting proposals for new classes! please check out our "our teachers" page for a complete overview of our process and be sure to fill out the contact form so we can keep your information.

I’d like to apply to be part of your team and teach a subject that you currently offer. Do you have a need for more than one teacher per skill?

As we continue to expand, we love to have contacts in the event that our subjects call for multiple teachers. Feel free to reach out using the contact form under "our teachers" or "our team" so we can keep in contact with you for the future.

I own a retail business/restaurant/event space/co-working space and want to become a host partner, how do I go about it?

We are looking for unique spaces and rad businesses to be our partners in showing off our great cities, please check out "our host partners" page for a complete overview of our process and be sure to fill out the contact form so we can keep your information.

A LevelUp class would be a totally awesome gift for my friend/mom/bff. Can I get them a gift card?

Gift Cards are available for purchase online here! If you would like to gift someone a specific class, feel free to just sign them up for a class using the normal process and type their name at the bottom portion of the checkout page. Please be aware that confirmation emails are sent out after sign-ups, so it’s up to you to decide if you’d like to put the recipient’s email or your own so that you can reveal the surprise on your own timeline.

Can I bring my child to class?

While our classes are geared towards adults we are always happy to see parent/child duos in class! You know your child better than anyone so it is up to you to decide whether they will have the maturity level/attention span to sit through a self-guided 2-hour class without disrupting others or demanding too much attention from our teachers.  Also, please keep in mind that depending on the venue our class is being hosted, alcohol may be served during class.  We recommend children be 10 years old or older before coming to class, and a parent must be present at all times with his/her own teacher in order for the child to participate, we do not offer discounted tickets for children. 

Is my class Wheelchair accessible?

Due to the nature of our events being at all kinds of different locations, we can’t always guarantee that all class will be wheelchair accessible, we try our best to make sure our host partners are ADA compliant and also we do our best to rotate specific class locations. However, if you have a question about a specific class please don't hesitate to email us at help@levelupwithus.com and we can confirm accessibility prior to purchase.

I have terrible food allergies, who should I tell?

Some of our events may be held at restaurants so please be sure to let us know if you have any severe food allergies so we can do our best to accommodate you, email us at help@levelupwithus.com

Can I sign up for a masterclass if I haven’t taken the beginners class?

It depends! In most cases the teachers are looking for a specific base knowledge prior to taking the class so be sure to check the class description, if you feel confident that you already know the basics of the subject and are well versed in the requirements then there is no need to take the beginners class with us, as always if you aren’t sure and need extra help, feel free to email us at help@levelupwithus.com

I have a class suggestion, who should I tell?
