Ensuring nutrients through ingredients and by using food scales
Understand how to structure your meals during the week based on what you want to eat and your health or fitness goals

Class Length: Approximately 2 hours in length
Attendees will take home any meals they prepare during class as well as a recipe card for their UChews banana muffins. This includes at minimum 2 taco per person and 2 muffins per person. Any extras will be distributed amongst the attendees if they wish to take them home!
Attendees must feel comfortable working with a partner.
Attendees must wear closed-toe shoes for this class
