Grab your apron, it's time to make pasta! Chef Sunshine Flagg of The Culture Club will walk you through how to make fresh pasta like a pro from start to finish.
Sunshine Flagg has 17+ years of experience in many professional kitchens throughout New York City and a multi-cultural background with specialties in Thai, Japanese, Korean, Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine!
In this class, attendees will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch: gnocchi, fettuccine, and uovo di ravioli! Don't worry, we will be tasting along the way too. We'll discuss different sauces, simple and complex, using fresh herbs and making flavored pastas.
You will pick up a few tips in the kitchen along the way too and have the opportunity to channel your inner Julia Child in their state of the art kitchen!
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned chef, grab your friends and join us for a great evening of learning, eating and fun!
